Thunder on the Mountain Viewing Party – FAQs

1. What time does the event start?
Doors open at 6:30 PM, with dinner served at 7:00 PM. The fireworks show begins at 9:00 PM, and the event will conclude at 9:30 PM.

2. How long do the fireworks last?
Thunder on the Mountain is one of the largest and most spectacular fireworks displays in Alabama! The show typically lasts about 20 minutes and is choreographed to patriotic music.

3. What is included with my ticket?
Your $250 ticket includes: Exclusive access to the best viewing location at Kiwanis Centennial Plaza, catered dinner, open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails, and reserved parking with shuttle transportation to and from Vulcan Park & Museum.

4. What should I wear?
Attire is casual but festive! We recommend comfortable summer clothing and shoes, as this is an outdoor event. Feel free to wear your red, white, and blue to celebrate Independence Day!

5. Where do I park, and how do I get to the event?
All guests will have access to reserved parking in a designated lot near Vulcan Park. A shuttle service will transport guests to and from the event. Detailed parking instructions will be emailed to ticket holders after purchase.

6. Will there be seating available?
Yes! Dinner seating will be provided inside Electra Event Space, and guests will have outdoor viewing options at Kiwanis Centennial Plaza to enjoy the fireworks.

7. Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Your ticket includes a fully catered dinner and open bar for the duration of the event.

8. Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes! While families are welcome, please note that all guests must have a ticket to attend.

9. How can I purchase tickets?
